One at a time

Too many games end with all players being Stuck, and unable to make any more moves.

After you have gone through the Deck, three cards at a time, and have made all the moves you can make, rather than the game ending with being Stuck -- it would be nice to then have the option to go through the Deck one card at a time. I suppose that would change the nature of the game as a whole. But it would be better than just about every game ending with all players being Stuck.

EDIT: I know you can go through the Deck multiple times.
